Viv Warren, Managing Director

Viv is an engagement strategist with over 20 years of experience partnering with government, businesses and non-profits to put people at the heart of decision making. With a foundation in social psychology and social research, Viv brings an unwavering commitment to connecting organisations with their stakeholders and communities to enhance decision-making.

Viv works at strategic levels of organisations developing strategies, frameworks, and tools for embedding engagement. She also coaches senior executives and managers to develop organisational capability and deliver engagement excellence.

She has a wealth of hands-on experience delivering engagement strategies for large and complex projects across diverse industries such as land development, infrastructure, local government, emergency services, mining, energy, and water.

From evaluating organisations engagement culture and practices to shaping engagement strategies for major urban redevelopments, Viv teams up with clients to navigate multifaceted projects and enable great decision making and change.

A dedicated Engagement Institue (formerly IAP2 Australasia) Fellow and Trainer, Viv continuously seeks to advance the practice of engagement. She previously served as an Engagement Institue Board member, Victorian State Coordinator, and founding committee member in Western Australian. Currently she is a judge for the Engagement Institue Core Values Awards and a Licensed Trainer for the Engagement Institue.

JOYCE CHUNG, SENIOR CONSULTANT

Joyce is a highly motivated community engagement specialist with over five years’ experience delivering stakeholder and community engagement across urban planning, infrastructure and development projects within both the public and private sectors. She has successfully supported and managed stakeholder and engagement programs on projects of varying scale and complexity across Western Australia, Victoria and Tasmania.

With a strong foundation in urban planning, Joyce brings a valuable ability to translate technical planning concepts into clear, accessible information for communities and stakeholders. She has demonstrated capability in developing engagement strategies, undertaking stakeholder mapping, facilitating workshops and consultation activities, and preparing engagement reports that provide meaningful insights to inform project and planning outcomes. Joyce is experienced in applying the IAP2 values to deliver inclusive, transparent and fit-for-purpose engagement approaches, including both face-to-face and digital consultation methods.

Known for her approachable and collaborative working demeanour, Joyce builds trusted relationships with project teams, clients and community members, and is confident managing diverse stakeholder groups. She has facilitated numerous engagement sessions and contributed to projects recognised at a national level, including playing a key planning and engagement role in a Planning Institute of Australia (PIA) National Award-winning project for Stakeholder Engagement.

Dr. Dominic Jordan, Research Specialist

Dom is a highly accomplished research professional with nearly a decade of experience translating complex ideas into tangible solutions for organisations across diverse sectors. From academia to the private sector, Dom has a proven track record in managing research projects, powered by a deep passion for applied research and its transformative potential.

Dom partners with organisations to design and execute rigorous, methodologically sound research that informs critical decision-making. His experiences extend across a wide range of industries, including land development, construction, demolition, mining, local government, not-for-profits, and the justice system.

Dom has an unwavering dedication to making research actionable, ensuring that his work empowers organisations to thrive in complex environments.

Dom specialises in providing organisations with research training and a range of tailored research services including, research and survey design, literature and desktop reviews, qualitative and quantitative data analysis, and data visualisation.
